Staying Healthy has Just Gotten Easier

After getting so many re-pins on Pinterest I decided that I should share this useful information with you! Just click on the Perfect Plate image to view it larger! It shows (very simply) how much of everything we should be eating. Way better than the food pyramid. If only this chart existed when I was younger!

Thanks to the guys (and ladies) at NorthShore University HealthSystem, we now have an awesome chart that is easy to comprehend. That food pyramid should be laid to rest.
