All of the products at Evolve SkinLLC are raw, vegan, and biodegradable. They specialize in small-batch, handcrafted products using pure ingredients that will allow you to feel good about what you put on your skin. None of their products or their ingredients are ever tested on animals. They take special care to make sure that each ingredient originates from companies that employ honorable business practices and source locally when available. They use organic ingredients, virgin oils and unrefined butters which retain the most beneficial qualities to produce a skin care line that you can trust. There are no additives, preservatives, or artificial ingredients. "Go ahead and pamper yourself - but give the animals and earth a break!"

 

My Thoughts

I got to try the Evolve Skin Products Flight Pack. I love the getting to try out the sample sizes of their best sellers: whipped body butter, solid lotion, & biodegradable deodorant along with a full-size lip balm. It was cutely packaged in a reusable 100% biodegradable pouch.

Whipped Body Butter

Definitely feels like a whipped butter, and it nicely melts in my hands when spreading it on my skin. I enjoy using it immediately after a shower to lock in moisture. Organic, unrefined shea butter is anti-inflammatory, soothes dry, cracked skin, and promotes cell growth. Organic, extra-virgin coconut oil is naturally antiviral, antifungal, and antibacterial and provides deep moisture. Extra-virgin olive oil’s antioxidants (Vitamins A & E) can help repair skin damage from sun exposure and pollutants.  

Solid Lotion Bar

This vegan solid lotion is concentrated for extra-dry and damaged skin. It works great in my hands which seem to be extra dry and cracked in the winter. The raw, organic butters and oils leave my troubled skin hydrated and nourished while the Vegan candelilla wax solidifies the lotion and provides a protective barrier that lasts and lasts. The lavender is naturally antiseptic, anti-fungal and antibacterial. Shea butter has been shown to soothe eczema and common skin conditions. This solid lotion is great for hands, feet, elbows, or anywhere you have dry, cracked skin.  I really enjoy the scent, it is calming and relaxing. 

Biodegradable Deodorant 

This vegan, cruelty-free deodorant will change your mind about natural deodorants! It definitely changed mine. This is not an antiperspirant and therefore will not clog pores. Evolve Skin's biodegradable deodorant is a soft solid that easily absorbs into your skin and will not stain clothing. The moisturizing, organic virgin-coconut oil has lauric acid that kills odor-causing bacteria, Organic, gmo-free cornstarch helps to absorbs perspiration, and aluminum-free, alkaline baking soda raises the pH, making the underarm area less friendly to odor causing bacteria. Lavender and Tea Tree essential oils are antiseptic, anti-fungal, and antibacterial helping to combat odor while leaving a light, fresh scent. Vegan candelilla wax helps to provide long lasting protection while giving the busy-bees a break!

Pure Lip Balm

This pure, natural lip balm has the perfect texture. It is not too soft yet not too waxy. The moisturizing oils and butters used penetrate deeply into the skin cells, unlike petroleum based balms that dry skin out by trapping moisture. Evolve Skin Products Pure Lip Balm stays on an extra-long time and will keep lips super soft and smooth in any weather! They have been the perfect item so far this winter.
