That’s why they choose cheeses aged for the right amount of richness and flavor, and pursue the perfect blends of cheese and spice. They want to make sure you don’t just taste your food. My Thoughts

We use a lot of Parmesan cheese in my house. I like to add it to any and everything from green beans to spaghetti. It even makes a regular ole twice baked potato taste delicious! Despite loving Parmesan cheese, I have always been limited to what brand/variety I used. Not anymore! Mama Francesca makes the most extraordinary blends or Parmesan/herb combinations, and will send them directly to my doorstep! I have discovered so many new recipe ideas by using their cheese blends, and can say I am truly impressed. I used the cheeses on so many dishes, my favorite being cheese and crab stuffed mushrooms. Mmmm! I got to try all 6 of their Parmesan blends, and enjoyed every one of them. All of the lids are a different color, so you can tell which flavor is which. I love that! Colors are exciting.

Perfetto (Classic Parmesan)
Fiero (Parmesan and Red Pepper)
Aromatico (Parmesan, Basil, and Oregano)
Pungente (Parmesan and Garlic)

 Oh yeah! I made all of those items using the Perfetto. It made everything taste so rich and yummy.

I had the pleasure of getting to try Mama Francesca on a common Thanksgiving side dish: Green Bean Casserole (I like to spruce mine up. Who likes eating food that tastes like it was made in the 50's?)
