About Bach
Over a period of years Dr. Bach found 38 healing flowers and plants that with the right preparation became the 38 Bach Flower Remedies. These Remedies are enough to remove all negative emotional problems. The Bach Flower Remedies are a safe and natural method of healing. They gently restore the balance between mind and body by casting out negative emotions, such as, fear, worry, hatred and indecision which interfere with the equilibrium of the being as a whole. The Bach Flower Remedies allow peace and happiness to return to the sufferer so that the body is free to heal itself. They are made 100% naturally from spring water infused with wild flowers, either by the sun-steeped method or by boiling. The Remedies are hand produced exclusively in England. The Remedies contain 27% grape based brandy as a preservative. Or the alcohol free versions are preserved in glycerin made from sunflowers. Why I LOVE Bach
Let me start off by saying that I have not found anything I dislike about Bach. Their remedies (though stamped with an expiry date) never seem to expire. They are safe for your pets to use (including fish and birds!). You cannot take too much of Bach Flower Remedies, but since they work so effectively I never take more than what is recommended anyhow. I love that I can take it as often as I want, which is very often as I get stressed way too easily. Bach makes so many products, none of which have been a disappointment. With 38 remedies, they seem to have something for everything/everyone.I got to try out a handful of Bach products that interested me most.
The first product I had the pleasure of trying was the Bach Rescue Remedy Spray. It is the most famous of the Bach remedies, but in fact is not ‘a remedy’ at all. Instead it’s a blend of five different Bach Flower Remedies. I have to say that it has been my favorite Bach product, ever. I love how two spritzes on my tongue makes all of my worries go away. Well, maybe not all of them, but it does help calm me down. Even in times I feel I am about to have a panic attack. I used to buy this spray all the time when I had a job. It really helps cope with the annoyances of dealing with customers. This mix was created by Dr. Bach to deal with emergencies and crises – the moments when there is no time to make a proper individual selection of remedies. It can be used to help us get through any stressful situations, from last-minute exams or interview nerves, to the aftermath of an accident or bad news.
This variety is NOT suitable for animals.
OMG! I love these products! The Rescue Sleep Liquid Melts seem to work almost instantly. I don't take them every night (although I probably should). They really work wonders. I take one capsule when I cannot seem to get my brain to shut off while laying down for sleep. The Rescue Sleep melts quiet my active mind, and help me fall asleep. I love that they are non-habit forming!
The Rescue Pearls are perfect for anytime of day. They dissolve quickly, and taste like oranges! It is alcohol free, non-habit forming, and fast acting. I love that it contains 4 drops of the Rescue Remedy.
