Pink Horizons Botanical Skincare Review and Giveaway

"Pink Horizons Botanical Skin Care is inspired by a vision that was founded on an integrated, holistic approach to overall health and well-being. They are a holistic, botanical skin care company dedicated to bringing powerful, pure, and multi-beneficial ingredients from the United States as well as countries that support fair trade initiatives such as Fair for Life. Their customers and business practices are paramount to them. There are only a handful of companies in the world that demonstrate the importance of making a living while keeping in mind the ramifications of their business practices on their clients, local and global communities, and the earth’s precious resources. Every action we take or decision we make has a direct effect on our customers, our environment, and the local/global communities around the world. Pink Horizons is proud to say that they have built a company that maintains that focus.
The company's name comes from the phrase, "May your life be filled with many pink horizons", where the color pink represents love and bounty, as cherry blossoms are only pink when they blossom in the springtime.  One pink horizon is simply not enough.  Your life should be filled with many.  Through our company, we have found ways to bring you just that - by engaging in the spirit of community, increasing awareness, and developing healthy products that promote holistic living."

I really think that it is important to start taking care of your skin at a young age. Hence why I am forever trying new skin care products. I am pretty picky when it comes to finding something I would love to use on a daily basis. Pink Horizons has definitely impressed me with their line of products.

I got to try the Bio-Nutrient Cleansing Milk in Citrus and Mint. These unique combinations of plant oils are balanced to stimulate cell communication, increasing the ability to absorb nutrients. I love the scents, the texture, and most of all the way the make my skin feel extra smooth. It doesn't cause my face to break out, which is a definite plus! I find the Citrus Blend to be refreshing and revitalizing while the Mint Blend it soothing and invigorating. These cleansing milks are the perfect product to wash my face with day or night, as I have not noticed them drying out my skin.

I also got to try out the Antioxidant Refining Toner. This toner has the ability to balance your skin’s pH, firm, radiate, and ‘tighten’ pores while encouraging collagen production. It leaves my skin fresh, soothed, and creates the perfect base for my moisturizer.

I assumed I would love the Pink Horizons body care products based on how much I enjoyed their face care products, but I had no idea just how much I would love their Decollete Serum for the neck and chest. The distinct fusion of botanicals in this serum is balanced with the ability to replenish moisture, imparting richly hydrating and nutritive transformation to this delicate area. An incredible combination of elements from Mother Nature dedicated to one of the most noticeable parts of the woman’s body that is commonly overlooked when it comes to care and protection makes the Décolleté Serum one of the favorites among the Pink Team. It is remarkably effective on damaged skin with an ability to soften scars and safely treat skin that has been exposed to radiation therapy.

Breast cancer has been linked to many environmentally toxic chemicals that both men and women are exposed to on a daily basis.  Since our skin absorbs up to 60% of what we put on it, it is critical that we are aware and vigilant in our effort to maintain a healthy, non-toxic lifestyle.  The Pink Team is dedicated to the fight against Breast Cancer, and they take great pride in being one of the very few companies in Full Compliance with the Campaign for Safe Cosmetics, an effort sponsored by the Environmental Working Group to bring awareness to the public on the importance of using safe ingredients in our personal care products.
