Doug's Nuts! (or is he?) A review and Giveaway.

No no no, Doug isn't nuts, he just makes them! (Well, he might be nuts, but I don't personally know him, and I wouldn't dare say that without good reason! Plus, the questionable nuttiness contributed to the making of my new favorite snack!) I definitely went nuts about these nuts when I tried them! They are very nutty (duh) with a slight sweet and salty flavor followed by a hint of vanilla and maple.

The Original Blend consists of Almonds, Peanuts, Hazelnuts, Walnuts, Cashews, Pumpkin Seeds, Pecans, Organic Evaporated Cane Juice, Honey, Oatmeal Stout Beer, Sea Salt, Organic Vanilla Extract, and Maple Extract.

Every single ingredient sounds amazing on its on. So yeah.. maybe I shouldn't be chugging cane juice, but that's my business. Finding a snack that doesn't contain something gross is hard to do! to be honest, I don't much care for pea"nuts", but Doug knows how to make 'em tasty!

Just from reading the package you can tell that Doug has a great sense of humor. I love it! My favorite bit was this:

"If not fully satisfied, return the uneaten portion and we will refund the unspent part of the purchase price."

Haha. Not sure if he really means that, but I love it! After working several jobs in retail and the food industry, I know all too well about people complaining about something they already demolished. Way to go Doug!

    I learned that they use terrific ingredients like: Pure organic sugarcane crystals and blackberry honey from Oregon’s verdant Willamette Valley.
