Have you guys noticed many bamboo products hitting the market as of late? I sure have. I have also been a longtime user of bamboo products, especially when it comes to cooking utensils, hair brushes, etc. What I haven't seen much of is bamboo fabric. It was pretty much uncharted territory for me before experiencing Bamboosa.
At Bamboosa, all of the fabric and products sold are made in the USA. Their sewing facility is located in Andrews, S.C. - near the beautiful and historic city of Charleston. Many of their employees are third generation sewing machine operators who take great pride in their work. I love the fact that Bamboosa is helping to provide local jobs in South Carolina instead of outsourcing, a routine that sadly, many companies often do.
So Why Bamboo? It is softer than the softest cotton, it is a renewable resource, it is grown without using pesticides or chemical fertilizers, it is one of the world's most prolific and fastest-growing plants. It is able
to reach maturity in about four years, compared to the typical 25 to 70
years for commercial tree species in the U.S.
I want to introduce you guys to The Lap Log. It is the ultimate iPad, Tablet, or eReader stand made with eco friendly materials and offers a variety of cute, funky, and plain fabrics choices. I chose the Paisley Peace print. I love mostly anything paisley, especially when it comes in such a fantastic print as this.

What a great idea! Looks so comfortable and cute!

ReplyDeleteThis is a neat product, it would be so nice to have so I wouldn't have to hold my iPad up when I'm using it or prop it on my legs. I really like the one you received and the bamboo print, too. Thanks for the chance to win this awesome product!!!
ReplyDeleteI would love to have the Lap Log Tablet Stand - Tie Dye Prints, I could use this for my iPad2. I usually just prop it on my legs also, so this would be great.
