Charcrust Review and Giveaway

About Charcrust
The people at Char Crust took a single product and grew it into a small family business. They love making their dry rub products for their devoted customers, and they love that their little business has grown to the point that it not only supports them, but also their employees. It all started with the owners dad's legendary Chicago steakhouse, Al Farber's in 1957. Thick prime steaks with sizzling charred crusts, bursting with juicy flavor, were the signature of their restaurant. When diners would literally beg to take their seasonings home, they knew they had a winner! That time and those flavors are captured in our two original dry rubs: Original Hickory Grilled (originally called just Char Crust®) and Roto Roast. To find out more, follow this link.

Char Crust has evolved into carrying several other varieties including:
Original Hickory Grilled
Hickory & Molasses
Roasted Garlic Peppercorn
Smoky Spicy Southwest
Ginger Teriyaki
Amazin' Cajun
Sun-Dried Tomato & Garlic
All American Barbecue
Java Buzz

My Thoughts
I love the several different varieties and how easy they are to use. Char Crust really seems to lock in the flavor and moisture, making every meal I make with them taste fantastic. I do wish the offered more flavors, but I am really thankful for what they do have. I personally like my meat to have a crispy, flavorful char to it, and Char Crust makes this possible every time.
