Dance your Butt off with Doonya Bollywood Dance DVD's

I don't know about you, but when it comes to getting enough exercise, I find it a bit hard. I do not like doing hard core workouts and I HATE getting sweaty. I do love yoga, riding bikes, hiking, kayaking, etc. I also love jogging, but it tends to leave my legs aching for days. (I am blessed with Fibromyalgia..)

I also really enjoy dancing. I just don't like doing it around anyone else.. Luckily for me I just discovered Doonya Bollywood Dance. They created this awesome series of dance DVD's that have been able to get me off my butt and sweating a bit more every day.

  1. These DVD's sound like so much fun! I've always wanted to try Bollywood Dance. I currently do Zumba and I'm wondering how they compare. Great review :)
